Ingredients

Serves : 15
  • 1-1/4 cup wheat flour


  • 1 cup powdered sugar


  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder


  • 1 teaspoon coffee powder


  • 1 teaspoon baking soda


  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  • 1 cup / 240 ml milk


  • 1/2 cup / 118 ml oil


  • 1 teaspoon sprig vanilla extract


  • 2 teaspoons vinegar


  • For Frosting. 2 cup whipping creme or nature food colour

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees for 15 minutes
  • In a large bowl, sift together flour and cocoa powder. Add sugar, baking soda, salt coffee powder and whisk to combine all dry ingredients together.
  • Add 1 cup milk to a measuring cup and then add 1 tablespoon white vinegar to it. after 5 minutes add oil and vanilla extract to the milk-vinegar liquid. Stir to combine.
  • Transfer the wet ingredients to dry ingredients.
  • Do not over-mix. Add 2 tablespoons of water at this point if the batter seems too thick.
  • Fill the prepared cupcake liners 1/2 full with the cupcake batter. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or till a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. 
  • Remove from oven. let it cool..
  • For Frosting. ..in 2 separate bowl add 1 - 1 cup whipping creme and add 2 different types of food colour of your choice. . Mix well ... now decorate your cupcakes with your favourite colour or shape..
  • Your healthy and delicious cupcakes are ready.
